Brief Introduction of 2XZ Series:

         2XZ Series Direct Drive Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump is the basic equipment to pump gas out of sealed vessel. It can operate individually, or act as a fore pump and maintaining pump of booster pumps, diffusion pumps and moleclar pump and also a prepump of titanium pump.

Application of 2XZ Series Direct Drive Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump:

1. Manufacturing of vacuum electrom devices. i.e. electronic tube and teletube, etc.

2. Medical analysis instruments

3. Refrigerating Industries, such as lithium bromide, air conditioner and refrigerator and so on.

Features of 2XZ Series Direct Drive Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump:

1. Ambient temperature between 5°C ~ 40°C and the air pressure at inlet under 1330Pa, long-time continuous operation of this pump is allowed. When the relative humidity of the pumped gas is more than 90% or the pumped vessel contains excessive water vapor or moisture, the gas ballast valve should be open.

2. The pump is not applicable for pumping of gas corrosive to steel, capable of chemical reaction with pump oil, or containing dust grains, excessive oxygen, explosive or poisonous gas.
